Monthly Progress Report
Each month is a report you create, work on, send for review and finalize. The figures are never stored here — they are recalculated from operational records every time the report is opened.

Old Station monitoring photographs
The baseline is uploaded once and stands for the whole monitoring. This month’s photograph becomes next month’s “Previous Month” on its own — nothing is moved by hand, and the report fills all three columns from what is here.

Self-Monitoring Report
DENR's quarterly return, filed separately for each registered establishment. Figures already recorded elsewhere are read, never entered again.

Noise & Vibration Report Generator
Generates consultant-style noise and vibration compliance reports from monitoring data, so the package no longer depends on a third-party laboratory to prepare them. Upload the instrument files below and the report is produced here. Every limit in it is read from the standard that sets it, and every reading is traced to the clause it was judged against.

VERIFIED — the value was matched in the publisher's own text layer. VERIFIED_SCAN — the source document is held and the clause located, but it is an image scan with no text layer, so no automated check can prove the quote; the value was read from a high-resolution rendering and corroborated. NOT CONFIGURED — no requirement supplied, so nothing is assessed against it and the report says so rather than omitting it.

Deployment declaration
Where, when and why this package was monitored
Needed when the monitoring is not part of a configured monitoring period. Everything you enter here is printed in the report as declared by you; it is checked against the instrument record, never copied from it.
Choose the files, then Check package: they go straight from this browser to ITD's storage (deleted after seven days) and the server says what it can establish, what is missing and what conflicts. Generate becomes available only when the latest check is READY; any change afterwards needs a new check. The noise ZIP is required; anything missing is stated in the report as a gap rather than guessed.
Evidence
Station photographs
Each photograph is filed against the station it was taken at, and appears in that station's section of the report. The station is chosen here, by you — nothing later infers it from a file name, so a photograph with no station is not uploaded. Photographs are optional: a station without one is named in the report as having none, and the report is still issued. Up to 40 per report, 12 MB each. JPEG, PNG or WebP — not HEIC: on an iPhone set Settings › Camera › Formats to “Most Compatible”, or export as JPEG first.
Report
Job status
Noise and vibration are separate documents with separate outcomes, and are downloaded separately. A defect in one does not withhold the other: a campaign can issue the noise report and produce a QA record in place of the vibration one on the same data. Where a report is withheld, the QA record describes why and carries no results. That decision is the engine's and cannot be overridden here.
Before you start
What the generator will refuse
- A vibration ZIP without a matching THOR event report for the same station. The engine will not publish vibration results it cannot corroborate. Export the report from THOR as a PDF containing every event — one file, one upload.
- Any dataset whose validation raises an error. The QA report is produced instead and there is no override.
- A requirement with no source, clause, limit or unit. It cannot enter the compliance assessment.
Frequency weighting is not yet asserted in the project configuration, so levels print as dB rather than dBA and the report flags comparisons against dBA criteria as unverified in that respect. Confirming A or C weighting with the field team clears it.

Smart Arrange
Ask in plain language. The question is turned into a structured query and answered from operational records — you see what was understood before you see the number, and every figure opens down to the records behind it.
